Horrible, horrible, horrible bank! Do NOT do business with them! They stole $30,000 pesos from my wife and I on a transaction and refuse to refund it even though we have shown them written proof it was their error! We have went to multiple branches and called countless times and they are very rude and impossible to deal with. When you call they tell you that you have to come in person, when you come in person, they tell you that you have to call. All they do is play games! This is a horribly run institution with corruption from top to bottom! Do not put your money in this bank!! They will steal from you and you have no way to get it back! They are sick, twisted individuals that would steal from people they supposedly say they are trying to serve. Absolutely worthless bank! They don't even deserve one star!
Such a trash bank. I don’t recommend foreigners have business on this bank. Nobody speak english and they spend a lot of time to find the problems means they are not professional enough. I spend three times here to explain the problem bank being to me, they just stopped my card work without notice me and not only one time , it’s really messed my daily life . In this way, I recommend people use HSBC , more professional less problems
Terrible service. In the excellent business center, I went down to the bank to do an ordinary procedure and left after 2 hours and 15 minutes of waiting. They had 3 executives for the entire branch.
Terrible service, they gave me an appointment and after half an hour of waiting they began to serve people who arrived later, they justified themselves by saying that I am not a customer but that I wanted to pay for the service and there was no one willing to instruct me on how to do it.
After standing in line for more than an hour and going to the executive, they told me that everything was ready, at home I realized that they did not activate the token, when they told me that it was already active, now I have to return tomorrow. It is not possible that they are so inefficient and waste customers' time in this way.
